Description
The Power Systems Proposal Engineer supports customers by reviewing RFQ technical specifications and scope, evaluating bid/no-bid decisions, developing work statements, preliminary designs, responsibility matrices, risk assessments, cash-flow analyses, and preliminary project schedules. The role requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline, strong writing and communication skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally at least 25%, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team. Preferred qualifications include coursework in electric power or controls, an EIT certificate, and experience in electric utilities, industrial plants, communications, computer programming, or construction.
