SVA Consulting is hiring an Associate to support AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership consulting practices from its Madison, Wisconsin office, with a hybrid option of one remote day per week. The role combines consulting delivery support—such as project coordination, research, presentations, reports, and deliverables—with practice growth activities, including outbound prospecting, pipeline management, CRM maintenance, and marketing support. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
