MGE Underground is hiring an Associate Project Manager in San Jose, California for a full-time, on-site role supporting utility construction projects. The position manages all phases of project execution from estimating and pre-construction through billing and final acceptance, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, crews, budgets, reports, and communications with internal teams, public officials, and customers. Candidates should have utility construction management experience, strong planning and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Class C driver’s license; a civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or construction management degree is preferred. The role offers a salary of $125,000 to $147,000 annually and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
