Description
The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Manager and project team on large, complex construction projects in Lake Village, Arkansas, with 100% project-site work and home rotations. Responsibilities include procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, project closeout, stakeholder communication, budget and forecast reporting, and mentoring Project and Field Engineers. The role is developmental and prepares the Associate Project Manager for a Project Manager position. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a construction or engineering field, 2–4 years of construction management or general contracting experience, and OSHA 10 Hour and First Aid/CPR certifications.
