Arcadis is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Higher Education clients across the United Kingdom. The role leads construction, capital, refurbishment, fit-out, infrastructure, and estate development projects from planning and procurement through construction, handover, and closeout. Responsibilities include managing budgets, programmes, risks, governance, contracts, multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, account growth, and bid activities. Candidates need construction project management experience, experience delivering capital or complex projects in live operational environments, and strong stakeholder and commercial skills; Higher Education client experience is preferred.
