Description
The Associate Project Manager III - Fueling - Facilities manages and coordinates facility maintenance, rehabilitation, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects for New York City Transit bus depots and fueling facilities. The role leads in-house maintenance personnel and contractors, oversees planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, commissioning, and closeout, performs site inspections, reviews contractor and technical documents, supports mechanical-system reliability, and ensures compliance with OSHA, FDNY, DEC, EPA, and other applicable regulations. The position is based at the Queens Village Depot and requires relevant engineering, construction, or project-management education and experience, with a stated salary range of $102,339 to $120,642.
