The role manages site civil projects from start to finish, uses AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, builds client relationships, pursues new business, oversees billing and invoicing, mentors junior staff, and implements quality controls. A Professional Engineer license is preferred, along with land development project management experience, technical proficiency, communication, business development, and leadership skills.
