Description
The Commercial Construction Project Manager supports the execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role manages schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, project documentation, site visits, meetings, risks, and closeout activities while maintaining records in Procore and other platforms. It is an entry-level full-time position requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of commercial construction project-management or related experience, and proficiency with construction technology platforms.
