Description
The Associate Property Manager supports long-term occupancy of Link Logistics Real Estate properties by serving as the tenant point of contact, managing move-in and move-out processes, inspecting and maintaining buildings, overseeing work orders and contractor contracts, managing budgets and financial reports, and supporting capital expenditures, acquisitions, dispositions, and special projects. The role reports to a Senior Property Manager or Associate Director of Property Management and requires at least two years of property or building management experience, familiarity with budgets and capital projects, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
