Description
Veolia is hiring a Proposal Engineer to develop engineering deliverables for water, wastewater, and related environmental projects. The role covers process and product selection, water chemistry, pretreatment, RO, biological, thermal, and other water treatment systems; tender and electromechanical specification reviews; process calculations, PFD, HFD, PID, layouts, load and instrument lists, and civil inputs; design reviews, HAZOP/SIL participation, customer and project-engineer interfaces, and cost optimization. The engineer will also assist proposal and sales teams and mentor other engineers. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental, or another technical discipline and 7–10 years of proposal or tender engineering experience are required.
