Aery Aviation is hiring an entry-level Associate Proposal Manager to support business development and the full proposal lifecycle, including bid research, RFI and RFP responses, proposal coordination, compliance tracking, and reusable proposal content. The role works with cross-functional teams, requires 1–4 years of relevant experience, strong writing and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and collaboration-tool proficiency, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance. Training covers proposal writing, proposal management, program management, and government-contracting systems.
