Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring an Associate, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy to support quality control testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples at cell therapy sites. The role may include GMP documentation review, data verification, CAPA and deviation/investigation support, training, and continuous improvement. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree preferred in science or an associate's degree with equivalent education and experience, along with 0–2+ years of relevant analytical testing or quality control experience, laboratory techniques, and basic laboratory safety practices. Prior cell and molecular biology experience is preferred. The role is based in Devens, Massachusetts, with compensation of $36.90–$44.71 per hour for full-time employees.
