Description
The Histology Analyst II performs and documents histological testing across Quality, R&D, Clinical, Complaints, and Tissue Services, including tissue preparation, H&E and special stains, immunohistochemistry, microscopy, and image analysis. The role also includes quality checks, OOS investigations, sample evaluation, SOP and equipment maintenance, training, compliance activities, and process improvement. A B.S. in Biology or a related science, 6–8 years of histology laboratory experience including histochemistry, and 1–3 years of immunohistochemistry experience are required; technical certification is preferred.
