Description
First Orion is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to validate business processes, APIs, data pipelines, web portals, dashboards, middleware, and AI agentic applications supporting scam protection and branded communications. The role covers system, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; API and database testing; automation with tools such as Selenium, REST Assured, JUnit, and TestNG; defect tracking in JIRA; release validation; and QA process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of quality assurance experience, strong testing and communication skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms, scripting, and telecom signaling.
