Ubisoft Chengdu is hiring a Functional Testing Team Lead to manage a functional testing team and oversee the end-to-end functional testing process, including planning, test-case design, execution, risk control, quality acceptance, bug management, project coordination, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least five years of game functional testing experience, and at least two years of team leadership experience. The position follows a hybrid work model.
