Description
The Associate, Quality Services performs manual test execution for documented task instructions supporting Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The role involves understanding application test procedures and software tools, executing tests, reporting results and deviations, following defined processes, and meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets. A bachelor's degree and knowledge of QA methodology and tools are required; knowledge of software test techniques and strategy is preferred.
