The Associate R&D Process Engineer, Business Sustaining supports material, formula, and process sustainment across softgel, gummy, and packaging operations. The role executes engineering trials, supports scale-up and process development, maintains MMRs, SOPs, batch records, and other documentation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve processes. It is an on-site position in Vista, California, with a salary of 84,000–89,000, and is intended to develop into a full Process Engineer role.
