The employer is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join its London-based Rating team. The role provides bespoke appeal and mitigation advice to landlords, occupiers, investors, and developers; manages and grows a client base; advises on rating assessments, empty rates, payments, completion notices, and the CCA process; and develops relationships with other business service lines. The position requires MRICS qualification, proven rating experience, knowledge of rating legislation and case law, surveying and inspection skills, tribunal experience, and strong communication and business-development abilities.
