The role covers project scoping, market research, due diligence, financial modelling, feasibility analysis, asset repositioning, options analysis, business cases, investment papers, and client deliverables, while collaborating with senior executives, government stakeholders, and lenders. Candidates should have 3–4 years of relevant experience, a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, strong analytical and financial modelling skills, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
