Freshfields is hiring a Corporate Real Estate Associate in London to advise on and manage UK and multi-jurisdictional real estate M&A, corporate wrapper transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, acquisitions, lettings, disposals, portfolio transactions, sale-and-leasebacks, and development and regeneration projects. The role also involves structuring complex real estate funds, collaborating with other corporate teams, developing business, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. Candidates should be qualified solicitors or barristers in England and Wales or hold an equivalent common-law qualification, ideally have 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate real estate, and demonstrate strong drafting, structuring, negotiation, commercial, communication, and client-service skills.
