Description
The Associate, Real Time Management role prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations; creates and updates schedules across multiple locations using Erlang; monitors queue adherence, attendance, and real-time exceptions; resolves escalated requests; performs root-cause analysis of SLA deviations; and coordinates with scheduling analysts. The position requires strong communication, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, computer-system familiarity, adaptability under pressure, and willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift. It is a full-time role open to local Malaysian candidates only, based in Kuala Lumpur at Sunway VISIO Tower, Level 8, Menara Sunway VISIO.
