TTEC is hiring an onsite Associate Recruiter in Bacolod, Philippines to support high-volume recruiting for client-specific associate hiring needs. The role involves screening resumes, phone screens, administering assessments, scheduling and conducting interviews, making offers, onboarding hires, maintaining Taleo records, preparing reports, and participating in sourcing and job fairs. The position requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle aggressive hiring goals and changing priorities.
