Podium is hiring an Associate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and help grow and scale its teams. The role partners with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and other organizations; develops sourcing and hiring strategies; leads searches; tracks hiring metrics; and improves the candidate experience through cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, experience filling diverse roles, strong candidate-sourcing and executive communication skills, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
