The role supports high-volume recruiting for specialized and level 3 associate profiles, including resume screening, phone screens, assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding, sourcing, job fairs, Taleo data entry, reporting, and compliance with client and company hiring requirements. It requires at least two years of recruiting experience, strong attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills, creativity, persuasion, communication, integrity, judgment, organization, and follow-through.
