Topline Pro is hiring a full-time Associate Recruiter to own end-to-end sales hiring for BDR classes across its New York and Nashville offices. The role manages high-volume candidate screening and interviewing, maintains candidate engagement, coordinates hiring logistics across two offices, partners with early talent and campus recruiting, and tracks class hiring metrics. The position requires 0.5–2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and is based in Brooklyn with four office days per week. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
