Permira is hiring an Associate Recruiter based in Madrid to support end-to-end internal hiring across Private Equity, Federation, and Credit. The role focuses on candidate research, sourcing, longlist and talent-data development, multiple search processes, CRM and systems management, candidate experience, talent-networking, hiring-manager collaboration, campus and event support, market research, and recruitment-process improvements, including AI and technology initiatives. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience as a researcher in a top-tier search firm or in-house private-equity experience, a track record of managing multiple searches, strong stakeholder-management skills, and high emotional and intellectual intelligence.
