The Associate Relations Specialist provides timely advice and consultation to support the resolution of manager, associate, and labor issues in both non-union and unionized settings. The role interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreements, advises managers on risk assessment and performance management, investigates low- to medium-risk issues, handles employee concerns, and collaborates with cross-functional partners. It requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, a PHR credential, and at least two years of human resources experience.
