Description
The Remittance Associate/Analyst prepares investor and client remittance reports, reconciles transactional data with bank cash and Treasury records, compiles documentation packages, creates syndication and participation reports, responds to client inquiries, and supports audits and ad hoc projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least one year of commercial real estate finance or accounting experience, Excel proficiency, loan-document knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
