GitLab is hiring an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of customer renewals, track renewal dates, conduct consultative customer conversations, identify expansion opportunities, prepare quotes and order forms, analyze moderately complex renewal situations, and maintain CRM records. The role is individual-contributor and tactical, reporting to a Manager, Renewals, and is part of an all-remote, asynchronous Renewals team. Candidates should have basic renewal-process experience, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel for events. The United States base salary range is $53,760 to $105,000 USD, with sales roles eligible for incentive pay up to 100% of the offered base salary.
