GitLab is hiring an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of customer renewals end to end, including tracking renewal dates, conducting consultative customer conversations, identifying expansion opportunities, preparing quotes and order forms, analyzing moderately complex renewal situations, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. The role is individual-contributor and tactical, reports to the Manager, Renewals, and requires full working rights in India with the ability to work ANZ and Asia timezones. GitLab states that all roles are remote.
