United Democracy Project is hiring a Research Associate to conduct research on Members of Congress and House and Senate candidates, search news and background information, produce research memos and political clips, support legal communications, and participate in campaign strategy and polling meetings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with research and social-media tools; experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $52,000 to $58,000 and a hybrid schedule of two remote days and three office days.
