Description
The Associate Residential Manager supports daily operations and staff supervision for GIL Foundation’s Adults with Disabilities Program while providing hands-on personal care and community participation support to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role may serve as Acting Program Manager, maintains documentation and compliance records, and requires at least two years of direct experience with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The position is full-time, pays $24.15-$25.15, and is available in Cheshire, Prospect, and North Haven, Connecticut.
