Holmes & Hills is hiring an experienced Residential Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive at Associate level to join its Marks Tey office and help build a new Residential Property team. The role handles the full cycle of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity and part, refinancing, and small development sales, while also contributing to business development, mentoring junior staff, and providing client care. Candidates should have at least three years of post-qualification experience in residential property law, strong conveyancing and land-law expertise, and a proactive approach to business development and client relationships.
