Description
The Associate Respiratory Care Manager – Nights provides overnight operational leadership for Respiratory Care services, supervising and coaching respiratory staff, managing performance, supporting departmental goals, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. The role also contributes to budgeting, resource utilization, cost-effective operations, and service promotion. It requires an associate degree, a valid Ohio Respiratory Care license, NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and 3–5 years of related experience, with critical care expertise and supervisory experience preferred.
