Kroll is seeking an Associate, Restructuring Advisory in BVI to support distressed-organization engagements across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves managing financial and operational restructuring, court winding-up and voluntary liquidation, receivership, forensic investigation, and corporate advisory work; researching markets and industry issues; drafting court and stakeholder reports; reviewing books and records; handling creditor claims; and performing cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, a qualified accountant designation such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA, recent professional accounting or financial advisory experience, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
