Description
The role supports back-end ocean freight services across countries, regions, or globally by executing documentation and service tasks according to standard operating procedures, meeting SLAs and performance targets, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of BPO or logistics experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, English communication skills, logical reasoning, customer centricity, and preferably ERP exposure and air freight experience.
