Oscar is hiring an Associate, Risk / Compliance to join its Compliance team and report to the Manager, Regulatory Audit Compliance. The role reviews operational practices, creates and enforces procedures, performs regulatory reviews, develops compliance improvement plans, prepares reports, supports external audits and site visits, and conducts regular compliance audits. It is based in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, including a required Thursday. The base pay is $96,876 to $127,149 per year, with medical, dental, and vision benefits and other employee benefits.
