Oscar is hiring an Associate, Risk / Compliance to join its Compliance team and report to the Manager, Regulatory Audit Compliance. The role reviews operational practices, creates and enforces procedures, performs regulatory reviews, develops compliance improvement plans, prepares reports, supports external audits, and conducts regular compliance audits. It is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office, including Thursday for team meetings and events. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, at least one year of health plan compliance experience, two or more years of experience with state DOI health insurance rules, CMS ACA requirements, and CMS requirements, and two or more years managing high-volume, complicated projects. The base pay is $87,188 to $114,434 per year, with medical, dental, and vision benefits and other benefits.
