Oscar is hiring a remote Associate, Risk / Compliance to join its Compliance team. The role reports to the Manager, Regulatory Audit Compliance and is responsible for reviewing operational practices, enforcing procedures, conducting regulatory and internal audits, preparing reports for governing bodies, assisting with external audits and site visits, and developing compliance improvement plans. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, at least one year of health plan compliance experience, two or more years of experience with state Department of Insurance health insurance rules, CMS ACA requirements, and complex project management. The position is open to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with a base salary of $87,188 to $114,434 per year and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
