HiBob is hiring a remote, permanent Associate Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams in selling and demonstrating its HR SaaS platform. The role focuses on consultative discovery, technical demonstrations, simplifying API integrations and security concepts, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying technical blockers. Candidates should have general HR, business, and software-systems knowledge, consultative selling skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn; relevant pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or SaaS/B2B technology experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$114,000 per year plus variable compensation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, and other benefits.
