Baxter is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its Advanced Surgery division to promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products within an assigned healthcare geography. The role focuses on building relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, covering cases, supporting in-servicing and equipment troubleshooting, and working with sales leaders to achieve territory goals and quotas. The position requires a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or substantial sales/operating room experience, strong communication and analytical skills, at least 50% travel, a valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
