HARMAN is hiring an Associate, Sales Support (Order Management) in Mexico City, Mexico, to support order-to-cash activities for Central America and Caribbean accounts. The role handles order processing, tracking, ETA and order information, freight and client coordination, claims and RMA management, business-system maintenance, and process-improvement initiatives. It requires 1–3 years of supply chain, operations, or order management experience, intermediate English, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment with most office-based roles onsite three days per week.
