Description
The Associate Scientific Director leads BOLDSCIENCE’s Scientific Services account and a small-to-medium team, translating complex scientific and medical communications needs into evidence-based, high-quality deliverables. The role manages client relationships and meetings, coordinates project workloads, mentors junior writers, supports new-business proposals, monitors project recoverability and billability, and ensures compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. Candidates need an advanced doctoral-level degree, 5–7 years of medical communications experience, expertise in at least one therapeutic area, strong scientific and editorial skills, and experience coaching junior writers.
