Xencor is hiring an Associate Scientist I to support antibody discovery, engineering, and characterization across its preclinical pipeline. The role executes cell-based, flow cytometry, and plate-based developability assays; optimizes high-throughput workflows using liquid handling systems; analyzes and automates experimental data; maintains records and laboratory operations; and troubleshoots assays. It is fully onsite in Pasadena, California, requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree plus the specified industry laboratory experience, and offers a base salary of $95,500 to $121,250 plus bonus and equity opportunities.
