Serif Biomedicines is hiring an Associate Scientist for its Analytical Development and Quality Control team to develop and optimize analytical methods and systems for nucleic acid therapeutics and lipid nanoparticle delivery vehicles. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, assay development, instrument troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, SOP creation, and mentoring. Candidates should have a relevant degree and substantial industry experience, with expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and plate-based assays; prior experience with mRNA/DNA cargo and LNPs is highly desired. The salary range is $96,000-$126,500, with healthcare coverage, an annual incentive program, retirement benefits, and other benefits.
