Avid Bioservices is hiring an Associate Scientist, Analytical Development to develop and validate cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, and CE methods for protein biologics. The role supports QC testing, method transfer, validation, process development, stability studies, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement, with possible supervision of junior analysts and participation in interdepartmental or technical transfer teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of biotech QC or analytical laboratory experience, and HPLC, CE, or potency/ELISA experience.
