Takeda is hiring a full-time Analytical Development Scientist in Fujisawa, Japan to develop and validate analytical methods, perform GMP quality testing, conduct environmental and microbiological testing, evaluate clinical trial drugs and stability, support regulatory applications, manage laboratory materials, and maintain quality documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge, experience in pharmaceutical or related testing, familiarity with cGMP and ICH guidelines, and business-level English and Japanese. The position offers flexible work styles, including approximately one day of telework per week.
