Description
TalentBurst is hiring a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I for a four-plus-month contract-to-hire role in Madison, Wisconsin. The position performs moderate and highly complex clinical laboratory testing, processes specimens, conducts quality control and quality assurance, maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment, prepares reagents, documents work, and supports laboratory operations under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director. The schedule is a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with a two-week training period. The pay rate is $28.70 per hour, and the role requires an associate degree or equivalent laboratory training and experience, authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, and the ability to perform essential laboratory duties.
