Rentschler Biopharma is recruiting an Associate Scientist I, Process Development, Analytics to support protein process development through routine bioanalytical testing, assay optimization and troubleshooting, data interpretation, LIMS management, technical reporting, and support to the QC group. The role requires a STEM bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with experience in monoclonal antibodies, method development, analytical techniques, and protein manufacturing preferred. The position is based in a laboratory environment and offers an annual base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, along with medical insurance and other benefits.
