Dispatch is hiring an Associate Scientist/Scientist I to support the development, qualification, technology transfer, and routine execution of analytical methods for therapeutic viruses, viral vectors, and autologous CAR T cells. The role focuses on experimental design, cellular and immunological techniques, sample testing, data documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical support for product characterization and release. The position reports to the Senior Scientist I, Analytical & Product Sciences, and requires a bachelor’s degree with relevant laboratory experience or a related master’s degree with laboratory experience.
